Sorry to hear about that experience... This clearly was not a good branch, I guess. On the other hand, Q-cup here in Orlando is absolutely delightful and the bubble teas and foods are absurdly delicious! I haven't tried the pineapple, come to think of it...But I have not tried a flavour that I did not like - especially Taro and the strawberry teas with the strawberry bits in them...Lollicup does not come close, in my opinion =) Wow! Sorry to hear about that experience… This clearly was not a good branch, I guess.
